I am quite full right now. As usual, that's a teaser and more on that later. Woke up extremely late this morning. 2:30 in the afternoon. That's what I get for not using an alarm, just winging it until the sun and such woke me up. I showered and texted Deidre. Then I ate and once she got to my apartment we hung out and worked on some dance stuff. She'll be showing a good friend of hers how to Salsa, so I taught her some tricks about how to teach people the stuff they need to know. Mostly in terms of the music, which tends to be the biggest sticking point for new people. After I went over to Jeana and Sara's apartment. Jeana turned 22 earlier this week, so she had a shindig for celebration. That was terribly enjoyable. We hung out and eventually watched the movie, Forgetting Sarah Marshall. I picked up Chinese Food from China Diner before coming home and now that I've blogged and eaten I may be going to bed soon. I think I'm going to spend some more time looking at Sports Statistics online first, though. It's a mild obsession of mine and increasing recently. Why, you ask? While I do enjoy baseball and football, basketball is my real passion. Baseball is not the most exciting to watch, honestly, but the stats are terribly fun to analyze. Football is a lot of fun to watch, but not as stats oriented. I've found a few websites that offer some stats, but the real joy of the game is in watching, not reading. Basketball, however, in addition to my original passion for the game also boasts wonderful statistical analysis and it's a real joy to watch. So, football season is now waning and basketball season has finally rounded out of the very beginning of the season and thus is really hitting the peak of the action. Still early enough for plenty of speculation as to possible developments and enough time has passed for trends to have begun to develop. There are definitely interesting aspects to both.
